The service technicians didn’t balance the tires air pressure after putting one new tire on so the air pressure was lol sided. However, Vahaggan went above and beyond to ensure he personally fixed it.

Staff told us over the phone and at the dealership that this inspection was complimentary based on my warranty. When I was texted the inspection documents and video, there was a $105 balance on the account. We called and was told to ignore it. We are not comfortable taking someone’s word vs a charge that’s populating so we requested for the charge to be removed and was told someone would reach back out to us. I have not been contacted yet and it’s still showing on the account. I think complimentary services should not be charged or zeroed out on our end so it doesn’t appear that there is a balance due that the client is responsible for.

Got an estimate on February 2, 2024 I own a2007 Lexus GS 350. Got a quote to replace with a remanufactured alternator at a cost of $407 plus labor at a cost of $275 an hour. for a grand total of $1300 is a complete robbery. I feel your Price on labor should not be $275 to work on an older model with less technology and less computerized system parts Way over priced labor is a robbery next time I’ll get my parts from Longo Lexus CA. online or Lexus partsnow.com on the other hand, the service manager, Don Bushmire was very helpful and professional. At this time I own four Lexus. 2 GS and 2 Rx 350. our latest purchase was a 2018 Lexus RX 350 with very low miles and in impeccable condition which of course we bought in July 2023 across the street at Carmax because your prices on preowned Lexus to High overpriced. I am a real estate broker, but during the 2008 recession I went and worked for Fletcher Jones, Toyota for two years work for AutoNation Toyota and Honda and Lexus Of Las Vegas as a car salesman, which store general manager, Mr. Butler, and general sales manager, Bill Garness, so I’m quite familiar with the car business, when people bring their Cars???? to your store for service, I guess everybody needs to get paid the store GM,the store service manager, the service writer and also the mechanic there for too many hands in the pot therefore, a way over priced system . In regards to parts are over inflated you could buy the same remanufactured parts online a remanufactured alternator for $170 shipping included. You can go online at Lexus Parts Now and purchase it in the 200 price range or you could get it from Longo Lexus CA. Wish is the biggest Lexus dealership in the nation, and in the southwest part of the country for less than half of what you charge for a remanufactured preowned reserviced alternator. I guess that being that Lexus Of Las Vegas just finished remodeling the store you’re having your longtime customers repay for your entire remodeling. In the future, I will purchase my parts online through Longo Lexus CA. Lexus Parts Now for a less expensive genuine Lexus parts . I feel clients with older models. Lexuses shouldn’t have to pay a labor per hour fee of $275 an hour on top of over inflated parts ,shop fees and any other fees they could add to your service ticket. my family and I have owned Lexus since 1994 Lexus GS 300,,first generation GS. So Lexus has been part of my family since almost the time when the first Lexus LS400 came out in 1989 as a customer of Lexus I have dealt over the years with Lexus financial and also the Lexus warranty engagement center so I’m very familiar with Lexus, quality and reliability, and as I mentioned before during the real estate recession, I worked up Lexus Of Las Vegas as a salesman for about a year . If you don’t treat your customers right there across the street and buy a preowned Lexus at Carmax. Get their parts from any other authorize, genuine Lexus parts, and get their service at a Lexus certified repair shop. I feel Lexus Of Las Vegas in order to earn my business they need to treat me with respect and fair prices competitive fair prices if anybody in your upper management of the local Lexus dealership stores wants to reach out to me they could do so Rick Rodriguez ****-****-xxxx. Being that I’m self-employed qualities of a business need to be professional knowledgeable, fair in treating your clients. Therefore they don’t feel like they’re getting robbed or integrity service follow up those are qualities that make a business prosperous If you’re planning on staying in business long-term .thank you much for your time, hope this customer Feedback goes directly to upper management .
