We are requesting a new service advisor please. I I spoke to our service advisor on the phone 30 minutes before I went down to pick up the car and it took 25 minutes for the service guys to find Scott. I literally had to ask other advisors if they could possibly do my paperwork so that I could pay and get going so that can’t happen again aside from that. The service people were all really great. The repair department is fantastic.
Krystal was amazing and patient with us. I was trying to get preapproval from my bank but was never in Las Vegas long enough to complete the steps. I test drove the two vehicles and could not decide. She helped me understand the differences that really help me make my decision. She answered all my questions and was always available.
I dropped my car off this morning to V and had a great experience. I appreciate the friendly and prompt service. I continue to be impressed with the service at Lexus.
It cost me $330 to replace a headlight that didn’t need replacing. Then today, was told the ballast that is needed to operate the headlight is an additional $1700. Why wasn’t the ballast originally tested and then my original headlight would have been left in and operating. A charge of $330 should never have been made. I am entitled to a refund of the $330 I was wrongfully charged.
