Kay is awesome and an asset to your team. My only suggestion is to find a way for express services to be completed more timely. Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous, especially when you have an appointment.

Joel was great, as usual. However your tech was NOT. He put in his comments that there was a problem with some pitting on my tires which would require a wheel alignment. I replaced all my tires six months ago so I did not go for the wheel alignment. Instead, I brought my car to Discount Tires, where the tires were purchased. Their tech had a laser and he checked all the tires and they were all perfectly aligned. He wanted to know what kind of tool Lexus used to check the tires. Now I am wondering if I needed the other repairs your tech performed. Just wanted Lexus to have this info.

Because they charge to much money so I didnt let my Lexus to do it .?it has some thing wrong in the GPS . The Lexus not comet to my phone but the service couldn’t fix for me . I am so sad.

I had asked that the contact phone number for my car be used to contact me when it was ready. However the number that Service used was my husband’s. A small detail, but it was inconvenient, as we are not always together when the call comes in. My phone number is ****-****-xxxx. You don’t need to call me, just please change the phone number for the future. Thank you.
