My experience was very pleasant. The personnel were courteous and professional. I had planned to be waiting at Lexus all morning but you were so quick. And thank you for the coffee and snacks. How generous and thoughtful.

Javier was up front and timely. Although it was an expensive and lengthy repair, Javier made sure to explain everything in detail and update me daily. My car was returned washed and looking pretty. I would like to give a shout out to the mechanic who fixed her and told me she was in good hands. Excellent service all around. There is a reason why I own a Lexus.

Your customer care is evident in the cozy lounge and coffe/snack area, clean restroom and knowledgeable Service Manager, Joel. Plus, I needed my car serviced and out the door by a projected time, and Joel made it happen which allowed me to get to my next appointment in time!
