Had my new 2023 Lexus Gx460 for oil change, mention to the advisor that front seats are turn on for cold air the top fronts seats getting hot and the button cold , this is second time we tell the advisor and this time he was rude to my wife when she explain it to him . I would like to get this issue resolved ASAP. I deserve to get treat like any other customer.
