Please add some ES 300 or 350 back onto your felt of loaner cars. For some that are short or are unable to get into the SUV. I took an Uber to get to work because I couldn’t get into the loaner or even the ride back to work.

My major reason for taking my ES350 to you was to have the issues with software updates not working AND the WiFi not working addressed. I haven’t had any responses to my many inquiries both verbal and texted to see if this had been fixed even though I spent over $2k on service. I live over 100 miles away and made a special trip so this issue could be addressed but I’ve not received any confirmation on this issue. I even called and was assured I would receive a call back after checking on the issue but never did. If it wasn’t addressed I’d like to know if a Toyota dealer in St George, UT could perform inspection and service if needed so the software update and WiFi function. If not I’d like to explore a credit to offset the mileage wear and tear ($0.67 per mile for 254 miles round trip) plus gas which is approximately $60 for a total of on my car making the trip to your dealership plus gas which totals $314.
