I’ve been to this dealership three times now and it doesn’t feel like a luxury car dealership experience. I have to wait an inordinate amount of time to drop my car off even though I have an appointment. My seat, rear view mirror and AC settings are all massively changed and not returned to their original position when my car is returned to me. There was no reason to adjust the rear view mirror when just driving it to the back for service. I can’t understand why I have to fix all these things when I get my car back. My friends with luxury cars all told me I’d love the service and attentiveness of a luxury car dealership. I can’t understand what they’re talking about. I e been to Honda and Hyundai dealers where I receive better service than this dealership.

I’ve always had a great experience at the dealership. I enjoyed the multi-point inspection video because you usually don’t see underneath the vehicle. Also, when I’ve had technology questions/issues there was ALWAYS a “tech guy” available to help.
My only wish, and it’s not a service issue, it’s from an options standpoint. I love everything Lexus has done with the second generation NX. As I’ve leased/owned three iterations of the NX, from as base model NX300, to a NX300 F-Sport and most recently the NX350 F-Sport. The only things I would like to have, options-wise are these: 1) Memory seats, as I didn’t have that option on my present NX F-Sport, as compared to my previous NX F-Sport; 2) A 6-cylinder engine option(whether it be an inline-6 or turbo version), I would have liked having additional horsepower as an option with the NX350. I don’t know if that’s what new RX350 owners would have liked as an option, since the RX350 has the same engine as the NX350, but correct me if I’m wrong.
