Our car was finished but sat out front for over 35 minutes,.
In the past we have had Kay as our advisor, and she is good.
I asked an employee about why our car was just sitting there, and he tracked it down for us. We found the advisor in charge, and he was just sitting in his cubicle with no customer.
Other than that the service was excellent.
The service advisor wanted to me sign a blank repair order and was not transparent about pricing. This was the first this time ever happened.

I am quite upset to be transparent. I was told that my rear main seal was leaking oil. I asked my service man if that was under any type of warranty to which he replied, “no, it’s considered normal wear and tear.” Call it woman’s intuition if you will, but that did not sit right with me. I asked him where I could get a copy of the extended warranty I purchased to which he responded I could to Lexus of Henderson where I purchased it and they could give me a copy. I decided to call and would you know, when the lady asked my service guy if that issue could be covered by my Platinum warranty, he said yes…I have never felt so disappointed in this dealership in my life. I feel like there was an intention of taking advantage of me and that is not sitting well at all. I am taking my vehicle somewhere else and I will be determining who to report this theft attempt to. It’s terrible to think a company like yours would condone this sort of practice but I am sure I am one of many. It’s just a great example of why consumers have to be educated otherwise companies will prey on those they view as weak. I hope your organization does something meaningful with this information because I plan to share my story with all of my friends and family that purchase or consider purchasing any services from such a corrupt place of “business.” You can know, without a doubt, you will never get my business again.
