I wasctreated very well. I am also pleased I had a loaner car during my repairs so I could do my errands.
She was not kind when she called me to inform me about the invoice. She spoke very fast and hung up on me when I was still trying to ask one more question about when and how I could pick up the car. When I called her back again, there was only a recording and did not return my call back. So, I texted her my question about picking up the car cs I had to leave home to Glendale Ca for a funeral today sometime before too late for tmrw’s funeral.
I wanted to know ehrn my car would be ready and I wanted to know dealer could deliver the car to my house or I should be there what time.
She told me to call Lyft and pay it. But she told me yesterday both rides will be provided within Las vegas city . She forgot it within one day? I have her text message that tells me to call Lyft and come to pick up the car and I had to pay. I can forward her message to you if you want to know how she texted me. Eventually, she accommodated it and I was able to pick up my car from Las Vegas Lexus dealer at 6600 Sahara , Lad Vegas to my house 9941 Carrizo Springs Ave. Las Vegas where I used to rent for the past 19 years but moved in last year. I have another house in Henderson and I had 5000 mile Lexus check up done in Henderson Lexus dealer last year and I still have one more 5.000 mile check left by Lexus purchase in 2022.
I had received excellent services from every Lexus dealers for the last 4 years from each Lexus staffs but this time was a very interesting experience from her. Is it because Lexus dealer is located in the famous city Las Vegas? Henderson ‘s Lexus dealer was excellent. I will go to Henderson dealer from now on for check ups and future need to purchase a new model when we are tired of current cars, one is Lexus that I have and another one is for my husband’s Mercedes.
Otherwise, mechanical service was excellent as usual with other Kexys dealers. Fast and professional! . I was 100% satisfied by your auto service. They are great even though a little bit high cost for replacing a damaged front tire to a new one. But it was worth it cs your mechanics were always and every dealers’ are great! Thank you!

Your Sevice Department Team is very organized from beginning to the end. The receiving crew were very helpful and Kay Andrade is jusr awesome. The waiting area is excellent, especially the coffee.

I expected to wait 3 hours. My car was done in 1/2 hours. Everyone was courteous and professional.
I scheduled my appointment online when I was scheduling it had a service for 100 I think it was $120. It went through a lot of things that they would do on my car but when I got there and was talking it over with the service rep I think his name was Henry he told me I didn’t qualify for that one. The cheapest one I qualified was over $800. I thought that was very wrong. I couldn’t get the service that was offered to me online. I had to take the expensive one or nothing at all. He offered me three different type the most expensive with $1300.
Your service Department's always friendly and my recall service was done very fast.
This is my 3rd Lexus I wouldn’t keep purchasing them if it was great service. Everyone is nice and professional.
The wheel alignment was done efficiently with no complaints.
When my advisor said my wipers needed to be replaced, I authorized to get it done. When I paid for the invoice, I was shocked that almost $80 was for labor to replace 3 wipers. If I knew the dealership was going to charge me that much, I would have done the job myself. And it wouldn’t have taken that amount of time to replace them.
Some dealership would offer that as a complimentary service when doing some type of service on the vehicle.
Plus, my advisor didn’t offer any discount.

The service that I received from Henry Montoya was excellent and my courtesy loaner was ready for me and I was on my way in no time. A few hours later Henry called to let me know that my car was ready for pickup and the car also got a courtesy car wash.

Vince was awesome! My sincere thanks and appreciation to the technician that stayed late to work on my car to accommodate my work schedule. I had to find someone to drive me from Mesquite to pick it up and today was the only day they could help me. Your customer service was impeccable. Your snack and drink selection rocks as well.
