I’m not happy that my vehicle was not washed the day it was brought in to be serviced. The service agent asked specifically if I wanted it washed when I dropped it off, and I said yes please.

When I checked the tire pressure, I was amazed to see it was at 38 psi for each wheel, when it should be 33 psi. Thanks for providing an excellent job and on time.
