Made a 10am appt. Upon arriving was told 1.5- 2 hr waiting time ???????? Joel was extremely nice. To make it right, maybe the dealership can make an adjustment on my next oil change. Thanks for your professional service ????????

My camera settings were changed. Everytime Applebee’s forward camera comes on. I was told someone would call me yesterday to help correct the issue. I never received a phone call. Bad follow through. Now I have to waste time driving back to Lexus to correct the issue. This is a lot of inconvenience to me and having to pay on top of it. Not happy.
