Justin Baker always provides me with excellent customer service. He makes this process easy and smooth. I like the waiting area with a nice restroom, water, coffee, and snacks. Customers appreciate that while we are waiting.

Kristina Duvall our Service Manager handled us professionally as always, she help us right away and set up our loaner vehicle, she understood that we had a dentist appointment for our daughter and right away assist us on facilitating our service vehicle. She informed us when service was done and explained to me all of the worked that were done on our RX350. Very satisfied with the service and even showed us some features on our car that we never knew. It is always nice to know that we have a knowledgable, personable staff like Kristina. 5Star service *****

In the beginning I was in and out and was well taken cared for. When I picked up my car was a harsh event. Have the service man my paperwork, he said be right back, see your service dealer, who was out. Waited for 45 min to get my car. They found it on the rack with keys locked in it. I had spare key. This ask made me late for ministry class.
