The service was so slow! I dropped the car off at 8am for an oil change and it was done at 1pm!! I have never heard of a 5 hr oil change!

Justin did a great job. I was not happy with the cost of my services but Justin did everything he could to make me happy by explaining them and not being pushy. I declined two optional services and he was not pushy and he was very good.

Had two front calipers replaced and when I got home and opened car hood, brake master cylinder had dirty over filled brake fluid's. Wasn’t a pleasant experience or atmosphere, lexus is loosing that luxury value and experience it used to have back in the days, did not feel like a valued worthy customer. Will not be returning to any Lexus location in Nevada.
