Since my service yesterday the outdoor temperature gauge is not keeping an accurate temperature. It was 103 outside but temperature gauge read 80. I am out of town for the next 2 weeks so I can’t bring it in for 3 more weeks.

My car was in for the second time for a repair that was not done correctly the first time. They were friendly, professional and accommodating. Since my hitch had come in they also installed that. Upon pickup we noticed that the trim around both back wheel wells had not been reinstalled fully after the hitch install and were sticking out. Luis had it remedied right away. My bottom line concern is the thoroughness and quality control of your service. I am hoping the sunroof weather stripping has been resolved this time.

I got a text message saying that it would save time to go ahead and pay via text and credit card. But when I got there, the people in the driveway didn’t have my paperwork and told me I still had to go in and speak with my advisor. I was a little frustrated at that because if I was going to go and sit with the advisor anyhow, I don’t know that I needed to pay by credit card online.
