I was told by one of your representatives that I could drop my car off and go back home and discuss with my assigned service consultant by phone. When I arrived I was told that I had to wait and gave the name of the representative that told me I didn't have to wait. My service representative came outside for an unrelated reason and I explained that I had already called an Uber due to the direction that I would not have to wait. My service representative told me I would have to wait and walked away. The greeter got another representative that was able to help me
From check in curbside to my appt with Javier it was prefect.

I was pleasantly surprised when Justin called to tell me my car was ready for pickup. It was ready much sooner than I had expected. It was an 8-hour job with the part needing to be ordered but yet the car was ready two days earlier than I expected. The early pickup was perfectly timed because this was the week I went back to work and it was so convenient to get my car back before I went back to work.Thank you very much for your prompt service and communication.
