Completely dissatisfied with picking up my car and finding a noticeable scratch on the drivers door. Receiving a phone call from my service representative and being told they watched a video that clearly shows no scratch was made to the vehicle. A video isn’t going to show if someone inadvertently made a scratch to the vehicle. I would like it to be taken care of at no cost to me. I have decided I will no longer utilize the Lexus services in Las Vegas after my stereo is taken care of and this scratch has been fixed as I’ve had nothing but poor results from both locations.

My job was not well done. I told the service team my passenger massage seat was not working. The advisor told me the service guy said nothing is wrong with it. I went home and tried it and it is still Broken ????. That is POOR service.

Representative Montoya was efficient, friendly and a credit to your organization. This is my first Lexus, and I have to say I have been incredibly pleased with the quality of the car, but the quality of service I have received.

My car was not washed the past two times I visited. I was told that it was due to some damage on the bumper but it didn’t feel like the normal level of service and there weren’t any beverages available outside of soda and water.

Joel Gooding was friendly and explained this appointment and next steps. Amanda Panuccio was helpful in coordinating and just amazing representation of the Lexus brand. Sparkling water and cookies were a great extra touch. Only thing that could have been better was rushed service from an overwhelmed porter initially when I came in- seemed frazzled and confused. Overall a great first service experience at Lexus thanks to Joel and Amanda!
