I had bought a 2009 Lexus LS 460 L 2-12 years ago and paid it in full only to have the cylinder heads go bad. The SB 01217 was issued and did not have the opportunity to be informed of an extended service warrant. I would have paid for it knowing that this was a known issue. Now your company is charging m 18k for repairs after I paid in full 34k. I THINK THIS IS UNFAIR SINCE I MADE THE CHOICE TO SHOP WITH YOU AMD I GET THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT. I will never buy a vehicle from your company again and I will tell my friends and family about this debacle. I feel that I should have been informed about this Service Bulletin so I could have made an informed decision on spending that kind of money on a vehicle that needs this type of repair. I am truly disappointed and disgusted. I would rather you guys fix my car. That would be the best at this moment to rectify this problem.

went over and beyond to make sure my vehicle was double checked ? before having me pick up my CT200h. She knew several months ago when my vehicle was interested in UXh she found one for us I was ready to buy it but despite her email to sales person he ignored me and I will never buy from him again as i learned yesterday about things he never disclosed to me about the Hybrid vehicle. Going forward Luis will be helping us find a perfect SUV now he just has to locate the right vehicle for us with are desired requirements plus he will make sure we deal with different salesman at Lexus.
