Kristina was not there when I arrived to pick up my car and it was confusing to find out who to go to to get my car. Valet was very nice but they were backed up with work so it took a while to get my car. What took me an hour could have easily been 5 minutes.

My Claims rep was supposed to come this morning to look at the car, but Javier is off for the whole week. And they're anxious to come and see the car and we didn't have a person that called us or anything saying that he was gone, I talked to someone on the phone and they didn't seem to know much and said they would have somebody get back to me Craig or somebody and so far I haven't seen a message from him. I find it hard to get people on the phone when you need information and when you call the service department if you don't get the person that you have lined up the girl that answers the phone is not able to tell you anything Thank about your car.

Vince Camino always gives me the Lexus service I expect and in line with the Lexus covenant I believe separates our dealer body from every luxury car line sales and service outlets in the industry.
