I called and requested for a same day appointmen and was told to come in before 3pm. Made it there at 2:50pm and my car was seen right away and was diagnosed with battery failure. The battery was replaced quickly and all warnings eliminated. Outstanding and quick service! Thanks again Vincent

Everything went fast and smooth. I loved the customer service. The only downside was the Lyft service. The driver is a hit or miss. They give negative vibe when you don’t tip. However, they become very friendly when I gave them $5.00 tip. That type of service is destroying the Lexus image / brand.
