Kay is always wonderful. This was an emergency visit for me since I had a huge nail in my tire but also an appointment I needed to be at. She worked to make sure I was out the door with a loaner in time for my appointment. That type of customer service means more to me than the servicing of my car and it’s why I keep going back to Lexus Las Vegas.

I was very happy with the customer service while my car was at Lexus of Las Vegas for its 20,000 mile service. The job was done very quickly and thoroughly. Kay was awesome. However it took Lexus over 2 hours to approve replacing my left front tire due to it having a nail in it and it was a slow leak. I have the tire warranty on my 2023 RX it should not take that long for Lexus to approve, especially when I purchased the warranty when I purchased the vehicle. If I he customer has the warranty why does it need to be approved?? Kay was great and kept me informed.
