Javier was very understanding of my concerns and assured me that he would have the technicians look into it. When my suspicions of the brake actuator was confirmed, Javier’s communications with me was clear and efficient. I appreciated the updates and how fast he worked with me and the extended warranty company. I was very happy with the assistance I received. I will continue to purchase from Lexus of Las Vegas based on my experiences there.

You asked if I was treated as a valued customer? I was somewhat satisfied with service I asked for fluids to be topped off and that did not happen I did ask for brake service performed and they said they did that but I can’t be sure if that’s true. Because if they didn’t do a simple thing as topping of fluids how do I know my brakes were even looked at?
