I brought my 2021 ES 350 in for some minor repairs and was quoted $1,435.95. My lease is up in 2 months and I will be taking my business to BMW since Lexus is unable to take care of me. I expressed to my service advisor that I was interested in exploring new makes and models as I was interested in entering into a new lease with Lexus, specifically the make and model of the loaner car that I was provided with. My current mileage plan allots me 48,000 miles and my odometer currently reads less than half that (23,198 to be exact). I’ve utilized the dealership for a single oil change for the entirety of my lease so it’s disheartening that the dealership can’t fix a turn signal switch in which I need to legally operate the vehicle. I will be taking the vehicle to be fixed elsewhere and would like to know the next steps in turning it in.
Thank you for your time and I hope you’re able to enhance your guest experience as you’ve lost me as a customer. I did enjoy my vehicle but the customer service aspect is a big deterrent for me when it comes to brand loyalty.

Service was great by all. Only thing is that no one explained the drop off process to me. And pickup was just as confusing. A front desk would be nice to greet customers and explain the process. I stood around for 20/30 mins not knowing what to expect. Same issue at drop off and pickup.

The only reason I was not completely satisfied with the visit is because I still have the same problem that Lexus is not able to fix the problem. I have to commend Justin. I went in very unhappy with Lexus was taking it out on Justin who stayed professional the entire time, and ease a lot of my frustration. His customer service was definitely outstanding.
