For the duration of the wait, Kristina arranged for a Lyft service to the place of my desire. I felt she went above and beyond and made sure my car was ready when expected. Vincent did a really good job jeeping me informed and all. However, if you're going to provide a coutesy car wash...it was terrible. My windshield was not clean or wiped very well. The rims on my tires had spots. Unacceptable courtesy car wash.

Part took a while to arrive, but the service department did not take very long to replace and fix the problem. Thank you.
Absolutely nothing was done to my car other than the tech test driving it and taking my car to lunch. I was told the center console was being replaced, however it was not. My car was brought in on 10/3/24 and I received it on 10/10/24. My leather wheel was gashed and my original issue was never resolved. Craig has committed to making it right however I shouldn’t be in this predicament in the first place if they had simply done what they said they did.
2 hours to get the backup camera recall taken care of.
I hope to get a call from a general manager who actually cares about his customers, I hope.
