The Service Department if your dealership is very well organized; had ver courteous and professional staff; and does excellent work in a timely manner. My only suggestion is you are very expensive. Certainly would help your customers if your prices could drop, even 5%. Better yet give your customers who spend specific amount on repairs in a year, give them a 5 - 10% bonus on all repairs for a year or two or three.

I had an 8pm appt. Nobody greated me. As I was prepping my car (cleaning it out and getting my cords and bags ready) the lady checking in checked everyone in before me. She did not acknowledge me. I also wasn’t informed that service was backed up when I had made my appt and didn’t learn this until almost leaving when my service advisor told me. I had to take additional steps to get my car back so I could get my car seats out. I had work at 830 and didn’t leave the dealership til almost 9am. When my service advisor send videos they didn’t have sound 2/3 times. When he sent me my bill I was unable to pay online as it was a link to my service video again. My detail also lacked attention to detail as when I put my USB cord in there were crumbs on my controls and crumbs still between my seats in the back of my car from the kids. The job was not done 100%, and my experience here made me feel like I was at a regular dealership this time around.

After 2 days in the shop, when I got the car it was not washed. Anyway Kay was able have it washed. But I have wait for another 40 mnts
