It was supposed to be an hour and a half they send me a text message only at 4:35 already got a ride and when I came to Lexus they took care of me nicely however nobody wash the car like they promised to me

The work took some time so a loaner was arranged for me. I was able to drop it off on way home from work and pick it up on my way home the next day. Very easy.

The only issue I had was a minor one. I asked for my tire pressure to be set at factory specs 35psi in the front and 36psi in the rear; they were set all around at 36psi

My service advisor ( Kristina Duvall ) was very helpful and professional. My vehicle was ready in a timely manner. Mrs. Duvall also advised me of other services that I will need in the near future. Lexus is the only vehicle that I have ever owned. And I love my Lexus.
