We were very pleased at the whole experience at Lexus Las Vegas. From the initial booking of the appointment to handing over of the keys at the completion of service. It is obvious that there is serious training of how to be respectful and courteous of customers. In these times, that is truly the exception. That level of detail in training is so appreciated. My car actually died on the road and Justin was able to get it looked at and fixed even though you were extremely busy. I have to say however that I was pretty surprised to see a labor charge for the battery since I bought the battery from you and I can install one myself in about 10 minutes.
V is so amazing and I love that I was able to work with him today (and hope to in all my future services). Cesar in service was also extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. Thank you for the great experience today!

First of all my 2013 hybrid Lexus has been the best car I ever owned. I have owned around 12 new cars in my life. This Lexus has been great.
My service provider has been with me the entire time. The service department does a great job and I always get a loaner so that I can do my daily routines. Great great comfort not having to be stuck city hours in the waiting room or trying to find someone to drive me home.
One last thing, my service provider is Vince. A wonderful employee who deserves a raise. Help him out from me.
I haven't drove it yet but my wife did, and she said it was good so far. You always take good care of us, and so does Kay, she is super nice. 1 thing I didn't like was getting charged twice to get it right. You guys had it in 2 month ago or so and it wasn't quite right. I was out of town for a few weeks and while I was gone my wife's car wasn't dosing well so she used the SC43 and said it was pulling hard left, and I confirmed it was.Other than that we are good so far.
The technician that checked me out was exceptionally helpful.
Mr.Vargas hands down always meets my expectations..Best service in town and not just for servicing and branding Lexus.. OVERALL OUTSTANDING SERVICE AT LEXUS.. Businesses in Las Vegas should mirror the Lexus Experience!!
