Lexus of Las Vegas web site would not allow me to make an appoinment at 9pm or so. Arrived at 6:50am. Informed of all booked up with appoinments for the day. Took my car in like an emergency room at a hospital for a radiator fluid leak during start-up in the cold mornings and the thermostat is closed. When the engine idles down to 1,000 rpms and the thermostat opens there then is a big splotch of radiator fluid on the pavement beneath the front of the engine. Paid $313 for the srevice and was told if the radiator fluid level goes down, which it is, bring the car back in.
Words can't describe how grateful I am on the level of service the Lexus of Sahara Team provides. I appreciate you Justin and everyone for always accommodating me. They go above and beyond and I appreciate everyone in the service department. Thank you and Happy Holidays!!!

I dropped my car two hours late my appointment time due to tow truck delay. My service advisor Kristina Duvall was not attentive to me, and it looked like she didn’t want to talk to me, however she promised to contact me before the end of the day to inform me on the issues with my car, on what needed to be fixed. She never called. Next day nobody called either. By the end of the second day of my car being in service repair I called myself and requested the a different service advisor, and requested information on my car. So, the manager of the service repair department, Don, took over the supervision of the repair of my car and from that time the service was excellent. The manager communicated to me on a very professional level, my car was fixed and at the end I was very satisfied. Just wanted to mention I do have a loaner car program. Next time when I am having my car serviced and if it is needed I would like a service agent at list to offer me a loaner car for the convenience.
