Kristina actually has a little room need to get improve., be more sensitive to customers’ need would’ve appreciated. I informed her I was in a tight schedule need to leave right after my car’s dine. Plus my phone has issue connect with the car that needs technician’s help. If it’s done by 2 would be perfect. The work done before 2:05 n I received the notification n video. She didn’t release my car after 20 mins it’s actually done. I ran out of time, have to return again for the connection issue next week.

They gave me a loan car with the tire losing pressure so probably with a nail or with bad tire. I don't trust in the lexus sahara service any more
