Had to place a complaint with lexus US in order to get the pre paid service I had Las Vegas dealer was trying to SAVE on what I have already paid 20k service by providing only oil change

The service is great but it’s very expensive! Took the car home and next day it was indicated low tire. I checked and found that all 4 tires were only 30 pounds psi. Had to Bring it to Sam’s club for air and the indicator sign was disappear ????????what is the tech.
