Price for repair estimate was high, but tha is expected from any luxury dealership, the most important choice when it comes to making a decision on whether to go with the dealerships quote or find somewhere else to go that you know will be more economical, is the customer service, we were treated with respect and thr utmost courtesy hence we decided for lexus of las vegas to repair our vehicle, we value customer service over my monetary gains/losses

V always takes great care in explaining the services necessary. My windshield needed extra care in cleaning though. The loaner was cleaner than my personal vehicle when returned. Other than that, great job!
