Tho I felt something while driving my car, and the tech did not see or hear anything. I had my brother with me while we both felt the car dip in while taking a left turn. And it did it twice when taking a left turn. Right away I called Lexus and took it in. Just a little disappointed nothing was done, they just drove it around and looked at it, is what I was told. I wish they looked further more into it. I was expecting maybe opening up something underneath to look into it. But that was not the case.

I received top notch service as what Lexus stands for. Kay treated me very well and answered all my questions in a knowledgeable fashion. If I would ever go back I will dub to work with her with all of my service duties of my vehicle. Also,the snacks were delight.

I have been coming to Lexus of Las Vegas service for at least 15 years. I have had all kinds of service advisors. Trained, not-so-trained, great customer service, horrible customer service. I might mention we have bought 3 vehicles from you over the years. So there has been an incentive for the service department to offer exemplary customer service over the years but it hasn’t always been there. Not sure what has happened but the service has been EXCELLENT the last two times I have brought the SUV in for service, then today for a parts issue. Kay Andrade is going up and beyond for the customer. When she found out it was going to take a few minutes to bring my car around after service, she retrieved it for me. She also has nailed the time to finish the vehicle accurately. The car is fixed and washed AND DRIED….not dripping wet. The team also works well together-I got there early today and Kaye was at lunch. The check in person got another service person right away to start the service so I could go to lunch. This never happened before. Like I said, not sure what has happened but I was truly treated like a great customer! Thank you, I may buy another car from you….see how this works?
