I was really happy when my oil change and filters was going to cost $86 until they found my front brake pads we’re not good and that was an additional $683.20. After Igot my invoice home, I could not figure how they came up with those prices. It seems like nothing added up correctly. Plus on the statement they wrote I refused to rotate my tires and not have proper brake inspection. I told the man who checked me in that my tires were rotated at time of smog test, Jan 7, 2025, probably useless to rotate them again. I never said anything regarding brake inspection. 1/24/25 Mrs.Strowbridge ****-****-xxxx

Many thanks to Shannon and Christina for their help and good communication. When I couldn’t reach Road Service, Shannon got right on it , keeping me informed. After the car was towed to the dealership, Christina explained what would happen and answered my questions. Both of them were compassionate and reassuring.
