Kay and Caesar provided excellent service and guidance. Kay gave thorough information and genuinely cares for her customers. Our knowledge is limited regarding the technical components in the new Lexus and she referred us to Caesar who patiently provided us with demonstrations of the vehicle’s capabilities. He contacted Lexus headquarters to troubleshoot an issue and it was resolved. The services provided by Kay and Caesar will keep us coming back to Lexus of Las Vegas.
