The entire Lexus experience has been amazing! From original purchase in Oct 2016, to my regular service appts ONLY with Vahagan (he is THE BEST) is always a 10! I will be a forever Lexus owner. Seriously..:every Lexus personnel from the valet who takes your car in on the service drive, to the waiting area, to the thorough convo w/V on the service plan &!expected price, to quality repairs, to closing of the service itself…100% top notch! TY LEXUS…and Vahagan! It’s no wonder he’s won so many awards in his 19 years as your employee! ????
