I’m in contact with Craig Kelly and I made clear my experience including why I will only return for warranty work so long as he can assure me of better service. I will NOT spend another dollar at your service department again after my experience today. I felt treated as a number rather than a person. So I will not pay your business for such treatment. One way you can make things better is to refund me what I paid, aside from the parts.

The video multipoint inspection is a great idea. I like how I'm left in peace while I wait for my car. Example, nobody trying to convince me to trade up my car while I wait. Overall a very pleasant experience.
