Totally horrible and 1 out of 10 experience. I just need 2 tires under my covered warranty but Mr V give me a freakin 2600 quoted estimates which is I don’t really need the other parts and he never been helpful to give me an option and because I cannot get my 2 flat tires replace I have to go to Discount tire shop to get 2 new tire coz I have kids to take care and I need my car as soon as possible and end up paying 600. I bought the tires and wheels warranty in case of emergency and I can’t use it, I have trust in Lexus to have business with but with my experience this time I won’t coming back.

Service consultant Kay Andrade was excellent with the volume of customers today, but it took over 4 hours and technician Matthew Jacob Anczelowitz not only missed a burned out light bulb upon the $25 inspection that Kay remedied, but did not clean the battery terminal before installing a new battery. The white corrosion is more than obvious and a little embarrassing for a Lexus certified tech. $374.52 , 4 plus hours to replace a simple battery. Kay was great. Technician Matthew was not with rookie mistakes. We felt ripped off. Can’t believe it. :(
