Just wanted to mention that Cesar was quite helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions pertaining to the different functions in my car. He took the time to explain and guide me through the various steps to customize the car settings. Thank you for your help Cesar.

Everyone was excellent!!! The only thing was that I found my dirty slippers on top of the back seat. Didn’t understand why it was not moved to the floor of it had to be moved from the drivers side floor. Thank you and have a great night!!!

Mr Henry Montoya, the Lexus advisor takes great care of me during my Lexus service. Let me in quickly, keep me up to date and explain everything to me in details of what to he done , He really goes extra mile for me. Mr Montoya , my service advisor was very polite & very professional. The customer lounge is extra ordinary, refreshments, comfortable seating, internet connection, very nice environment to pass the time Very much satisfied. Great job well done. Five stars ⭐️
