I schedule the appointment with 2 problems when I press the break and hold it, I hear a rubber noise it like it pulsate ( not loud all they time) and rear breaks grinding. They fix the grinding and rubber noise is still their.
When i was driving to dealership the tire light came on, I figure they would check the tires..not!! light still on

Everything was great. As far as service advisor, tech, time it took for intake for service appointment. The online request from service department for additional work for issues tech saw, online payment service, great. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, I was held up for 30min even though I paid online and just needed to pick up my vehicle.
Driver (I don’t know their job title but those who work tirelessly to put customer vehicle to shop, do intake inspection, retrieve vehicle from shop once cars are ready) was held up for another customer and he did not have a mean to use other employees to get my vehicle. It wasn’t busy and just didn’t have enough employees. He was taking time to answer all questions from another customer which is great, but in the meantime I was held up and resulted in missing my another appointment.
