Great service! I started with Christina and then another gentleman help me. I forget his name and then it was handed over to my advisor of 18+ years Ohagan. I certainly appreciate LEXUS and the five star service I receive every time and thank you for being so patient with my returning the loaner car. I am a realtor and my days Start very early at times with online meetings, etc., and go into the evening 9 PM when the lockbox is closed. Everyone has been so kind and gracious. I will be returning the car tomorrow. And once again, thank you for stellar service. Couldn’t imagine owning any other car. Mr. Butler has certainly created an amazing culture. This is not just about selling and servicing cars. It’s about a lifestyle. We are certainly spoiled at Lexus from start to finish!
