As a courtesy they wouldn't take a piece of left frontfender liner or cover that was hanging near the ground off without a $168 charge.

When I declined the service recommended by the Lexus employee, the way the employee spoke to me afterwards really upset me. The employee, who had been friendly before, didn't respond at all even when I thanked him.

Service advisor was great. Techs or whoever place sticker on my car apparently believes I shouldn’t led return in 400 miles so maybe that individual needs a job not requiring math.
