As far as the work to be done we too Xavier that maybe in a week or two or in the future we would come back and make an appointment and yes, everything went well. The people were great. All was good with the service
Service department felt unorganized. I sat in my car waiting for someone to approach me and tell me what to do for 10+ minutes. Then, the person who did talk to me, confirmed my name, and told me to sit in the lobby but also didn’t direct me to where it was. Luckily there was a sign at the end of the cubicles. But I had no idea who was supposed to come get me, if I was waiting for my name to be called, etc. Then the issue of my assigned service advisor, seemed to not know a Lexus certified vehicle was allotted the first 4 services free. Which led to me having to try and prove what I was sold, which also created doubt in your dealership as though I was swindled. My old salesmen helped show the service advisor that I was covered, but long story short, it didn’t feel like a very welcoming or organized experience in terms of customer service.
I think they’re doing their job well. Thank you for service..

I had a front facing camera put in my car. The gentleman who tried to explain how it worked didn’t understand my questions. He just kept saying yes, it will work. Once I got home and tried to find the feed on my phone I had a difficult time hooking up to the Wi-Fi to get the feed.
I was able to get the feed while in my car, but once I stepped into my house, the feed disappeared. It was very frustrating.
I don’t understand why I can’t use data to get the videos off the camera like I do with my other cameras around my house.
I called back and asked to speak to an IT guy, but he wasn’t in and they were going to have the original gentleman call me back.. I told him I would just wait until I was back in town next week and come in and have the IT guy show me what I’m doing wrong.
Kristina is simply the best. Really enjoy working with her in servicing my Lexus
The staff is awesome.. the gentleman who checked me in(I feel terrible because I don’t recall his name- friendly, welcoming and very patient while I looked for my driver’s license and insurance paper) plus Vince. I truly depend on Vince to take care of my car. He always goes over the information and always making sure all my questions and concerns are addressed. I don’t think I could ever leave Lexus. I depend on Vince. You do have an excellent staff.
