Yes, I was treated like a queen by everyone I dealt with. Javier is awesome as always. The gentleman that checked me in was so helpful. He even sat in my car and helped me figure out some of the devices that I had no idea how to use. I wish I would’ve gotten his name because he was very, very nice and very helpful.
Lexus Las Vegas has my vote for being the Best run business in America. Impeccable customer experience. This is a place I don’t mind paying for my services because I always get excellent value fro my money. Very uncommon for Las Vegas, lots of places just do it or the money But Lexus Las Vegas builds long lasting relationships.
We used to take the car to Serco Lexus in Honolulu until we shipped it to Vegas. Service and amenities are excellent and same in both places.
