As always, Henry was very professional and handled the transaction. Well we were so impressed with LEXUS as we always have been. We bought a brand new 2026 Lexus RX 450 H plus and we are keeping the 2010 LEXUS as a second car I guess that’s a testament to your dealership.

Vahagn Nazaryan is an outstanding employee who represents the Lexus brand perfectly with his expertise and great attitude. Additionally, your valet team works incredibly hard and remained friendly throughout my visit.
I believe the frontline sets a high bar, and I would love to see the higher-level service managers follow their lead by consistently acknowledging customers with an open, 'greet and smile' attitude. It makes a world of difference!

Well, I always appreciate the customer service that I received from my primary contact Kay, the service took way too long at which K also noticed and made a couple calls to see what was going on. Finally, I was told my car was ready after I had been waiting in the lobby for hours. Just to walk outside and to have to wait for another 30 minutes while the guys outside we’re joking around and I was kind of disappointed because this took half of my day off.
My experience today was superb, just as my previous experience with Lexus Las Vegas. Explanation was clear and concise. Everyone at Lexus was professional and respectful. I love Lexus!!!
