I wasn't completely satisfied,it happened to be Will 's day off ...if he was there I'm totally confident that I wouldn't have had such a bad experience...thinks happened so I'm letting it go ,I'm waiting on my $200 check I was promised for paying for a diagnostic test and being told there was nothing they could find that could solve problem , Will said if you hear the noise bring it back and I did ,and they found the problem...so no I'm not totally satisfied with the service,however I've purchased 5 cars and have been using this dealership for 20 years,saying that I expected better service especially from the manager of the service department,but he did take time to tell me he was extremely busy and he apologized...

My vehicle was ready expeditiously however, before I departed and left my car to be serviced,I inquired about the method used to notify me to return for my truck. I received a text and didn’t see it until 2 hrs later. Consequently, I will still have my truck serviced at Adcantage Toyota. Your staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable!
