I've been taking my corolla to advantage Toyota for 10 years(seems like) and always very satisfied with your maintenance work especially with master technician Lolie. I have a 2019 Avalon also taking it to advantage, along with my son's 2014 highlander, always trust your maintenance work on our Toyota's.

Brandon Jones was professional to me in his introduction. As I gave him my name, he further checked me in. I was all set as Brandon directed me to the waiting room until I received a text that my car was ready. Brandon personally came to get me saying that everything checked out fine with my car. Job well done!!

It would be nice to have charging stations for mobile devices and free water bottles for those that don’t drink coffee or maybe even tea would be nice. Check out South Lake Kia’s waiting area refreshments it’s nice. Just some feedback but service was great to answer your question. Ruby is super nice!

I was not updated on my car service at all!!! I had to go back to the desk and have another service person check me out, because Will left for lunch and didn’t inform the customer ( me ). I waited and waited and almost missed my next appointment at 1 pm. My oil change appointment was at 10 am. I arrived at 9:50 am. The other service lady gave me $10 for my unfortunate long wait, while he went to lunch!!!
