I brought my car in for a check engine light that was misdiagnosed. I’ve Spent almost $2,000 and multiple visits but the problem remain unfixed. Never seen this level of inefficiency before. Also feel they deliberately make sure you can’t get I touch with anyone to make a report. Totally unacceptable and will be escalating this issue. Blatant daylight robbery!!!

Every time I come to get my car service I always ask for Brandon Jones. This guy is always on point. He’s very polite very courteous and always lets me know exactly what’s going on with my car. I really appreciate this guy. You have a great employee on your hands And I’m very glad he’s provided me the service to my car.

I arrived at 840 for an 845 appt, there were more than 8 people in the waiting room when I arrived. About 7 people came after me. It was 1150am I had to ask for an update on my car, when I noticed there was only myself and two other people in the waiting area. They could not address the reason I brought in my car. They had to order parts and I’m still waiting. But I did spend $400 for an oil change

I brought my car in for service plus a warning that required a replacement of a dcdc converter. It was not done. The service manager, was told that this needed to be done I left my car there for 4 hours and the piece that was there was never replaced. They charged me for tire rotation and oil change but never did the necessary labor to ensure my car was safe. I’m very disappointed.
