They were too careless with my car,leaving the engine air filter wild open,I found out by checking the car myself every time I leave advantage toyota, so I have to come back and show them what a horrible job they did,that could cause damage to my car and they will lie about it.i will rather take my car to another toyota to service my car.

They took forever to do a simple oil change. I drop off my vehicle at 7 AM. I have the appointment at 7:15. It took like 1.45 hours all for simple oil change I was suspecting 30 to 45 minutes maximum because I have made an appointment The people up there is not polite when you ask them simple question you can see their face like they don’t like when you ask them questions anyway this is not the first time that I have this type of problem or situation and I told him to use the parking brake on my truck they never do it like I told him I use the parking brake all the time on my vehicles they don’t even know how to apply the parking brake

Simone was great! The service time was great! I was in and out and I love that. The Only problem is when I arrived home and looked under my hood, the engine air cabin compartment claps were not were not fasten back on to close it up. The clap that goes on the battery was not put back on either.
