I’ve brought my car back multiple times for service and the problem has never been corrected I’ve been told by the service manager that I’d receive a call from him specifically and I’ve never received sed call. I’ve even talked with the head manager hoping he could resolve that issue but to no avail I’m still having this problem.

We came in after having been notified by mail that a clamp needed to be installed to secure our battery. After waiting about an hour, we were told we needed a new battery and not a clamp because our battery was not the right size. No further explanation was given. We are still not clear as to why we need a battery instead of a clamp.

Ms.Winter was fine and prifessoonal...and I do mean fine but the supervisor a white gentleman quoted me a price on service but they tried to charge me more at time of payment but a black supervisor straightened the whole thing out...don't quote me a price when explaining what's wrong then at time of payment give me a higher price to pay very unprofessional may think your price gouging.
