When I purchased that vehicle, I had a five year maintenance plan, but because you are claim, you don’t have a record of it and my papers are stolen now I have to pay out-of-pocket that has nothing to do with the maintenance people themselves. I have a big problem with the system at Toyota, but at the end of the day, my vehicle still needs service, but I was robbed of two years of service that I paid for.
