The adviser gave me 3 options 1, was $53, 2, was $93 and 3, was $209. I chose the $209 based on what he said they will do to my vehicle, and after the work was done, he didn’t care to inform me that my vehicle is ready. I have to literally walked to the workshop and find out that my vehicle has been parked outside while I was just sitting in the waiting area waiting, the $209 changed to $298.00 without my knowledge when I walked up to the cashier to settle my payment. I was very confused and angry because I didn’t plan to spend that much. And I will make sure that he never attend to me again if I ever do visit the workshop again , he is not an honest person to deal with because he was trying to blame me for his own mistakes.

I’m not happy with the previous services I received from Toyota so therefore I will not be trading my vehicle with Toyota. I will go to a different brand of car. Very disappointed in Toyota

In the future the technician should be sure to reset the tire pressure light. Unless the tire pressure wasn't check which is another problem in itself.

He addressed me as soon as I came in. He greeted me with a smile which was nice since it was early in the morning. Even upon leaving he made sure I didn’t have any additional concerns before saying goodbye. I wasn’t in the best of moods but Brandon’s winning personality turned my frown upside down. Thanks Brandon
